業務内容

• Take full responsibility of any dispenser-related matters 
• Analyze current activities/operations and processes conducted by both in-house sales reps and 3rd party vendors 
• Come up with plan, proposal to rationalize overall dispenser management scheme, with balancing customer relationship and competitors’ reaction, considering cost reduction potential as appropriate 
• Roll-out the proposal of rationalization together with local sales team 
• Develop mid-term plan of dispenser replacement as well as maintenance and disposal 
• Closely monitor and develop appointed contractors 
• Implementation of “digitalization” e.g. telemetry for proactive inventory replenishment 
• From these actions we estimate a reduction in dispenser related spend by 10 to 15%. 
• Having already completed a detailed dispenser analysis for Japan, this position will be essential to see improvement initiatives to fruition and is highlighted as a key improvement project within the current 5 year PSS. 
• Following onboarding, the initial focus of the Dispenser Manager will be procurement and contractor management based.
• In the following years the candidate will be required to introduce digitization tools to monitor dispenser equipment and expand his/her team to realize further efficiency improvements.

• Min Bachelor Degree in business 
• 5 years industry experience (Preferred) 
• Experience in procurement role 
• Business Analysis, Marketing 
• Electrical, mechanical, or plumbing qualifications (min 5 years’ experience) 
• Excellent written and oral communication skills 
• Good time and organizational management skills 
• Knowledge of concrete admixtures (good to have, but not required)
