- 業務内容
当社は、2025年中期経営計画の中核として、3つのDX（社内のDX、お客様のDX、社会のDX）を設定しています。コーポレートIT・デジタル部門は、社内のDX、つまり当事業のデジタル変革を推進する部門です。社内で実践したDXのリファレンス化によりお客様のDX実現へ寄与し、 当ビジネスに貢献します。また、社内外のDXで得た知見を社会のDXへと循環させていくことで、社会価値を創出していきます。
業務内容：
経営者・事業責任者のIT・デジタル領域でのビジネスパートナー経営者・事業責任者・現場との継続的なコミュニケーションの中からニーズを発掘し、問題を定義する。
これを基に最適なシステムやプロダクト・サービスを企画、提案する。
ステークホルダとの合意形成や関係者との共創を通して、一気通貫でプロジェクトをリードし、プロジェクトを成功に導く。
ライフサイクルでの運用を通して、改善や改革のための次のニーズ発掘や問題を定義していく。
プロジェクトテーマ例ライフサイクルマネジメントの実現（運用を起点とした継続的な改善や新たな価値の創造）
経営システムの刷新（データドリブン経営を実現するITシステムの新たな導入、刷新）
グローバルなアライアンス、先進プロダクト・サービスの導入・展開（スマートワーク、BPM、ネットワークサービス等）
アジャイルファーストなプロダクト開発（プロダクトオーナー、スクラムマスター）
