同社は自動車用プラスチック燃料タンクの製造販売を行っている世界的企業です。
業務内容
Main responsibilities:
  • Products/Process Experts
    • Explain & present our strengths/sales points
  • Assist Director in Long- & mid-terms business plan (optimized capex)
    • Monitor Plan vs Actual. 
    • Communication to production locations (w/Plant Manager/Controller)
    • Capacity & Capex consideration: communication w/ Manufacturing Eng & PM
    • Monitor KPIs = Margin/ROIC/ROS
  • Monitor revenue of the customers mentioned above.
  • Review Forecast vs Actual (Financial reports) w/your team
    • Price control, including price adjustment request from the customers.
    • Purchase vs Sales(sell) parts price – Components and Raw Materials
  • Price adjustment through; Design change, EOP service parts, volume loss, and etc
  • Quotation QDC must be focused. Quality of contents/Time management/Profitability
  • Customer Satisfaction
    • QDC and we try to keep strong relationship, but compliance free activity/mind
  • Resource Development
    • Manpower: not only his/her own direct reports/subordinates
    • Train in Manufacturing/Products/Debate/Leadership/Relationship
    • Decision making/Negotiation/Business Theory/Finance
  • Assists a director in Legal Contracts
    • Purchase Agreement/etc
    • General
  • Negotiation / Debate / MS Word and Excel / Leadership / Listening are usable level 
応募条件
Minimum requirements:
  • University degree or relevant education in Industrial/Mechanical/Electrical/Chemical Engineering or technical Business Administration required.     
  • Worked in industrial environment. (including Internship experience)
  • Knowledge of Korean culture
  • Business level - English and Japanese skill

Preferred qualifications:
  • MBA is preferable
  • Automotive experience is preferable.
