業務内容

This role is responsible for driving talent development and organizational development initiatives across international subsidiaries and group companies. Working closely with business leaders, HR stakeholders, and external partners, you will help design, implement, and sustain talent development programs and organizational effectiveness initiatives that support business growth and transformation on a global scale. The position offers significant exposure to international stakeholder management and global workforce development strategies.
Main responsibilities:

• Support the deployment and execution of global talent development initiatives across group companies
• Collaborate with leadership teams and HR stakeholders within overseas entities
• Identify and analyze talent and organizational challenges through engagement with regional stakeholders
• Design and support implementation of learning and development programs
• Plan, design, and support organizational development initiatives
• Drive execution and sustainment of development programs while engaging key stakeholders
• Provide solutions related to talent development and organizational effectiveness
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders and external vendors across multiple regions

応募条件

Minimum requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or higher
• Experience in talent development and/or organizational development
• Project management experience, including planning and coordinating initiatives involving multiple stakeholders
• Business-level English proficiency
• TOEIC score of 800 or higher, or equivalent English communication capability
• Ability to travel for business as required
• English: Advanced

Preferred qualifications:

• Experience related to the responsibilities listed above
• Experience designing and delivering training programs within a training provider or corporate environment
• Consulting experience or experience providing value-based recommendations to clients
• Foundational knowledge of Human Resource Development (HRD)
• HR Business Partner (HRBP) experience
• Experience working on global projects or using English in professional environments
