業務内容

グローバルに事業を展開する製造業企業にて、プロダクトマネジメントのシニアマネージャーを募集しています。

■ポジションについて
日本拠点をベースに、複数のプロダクトチームを統括し、営業・エンジニアリング・オペレーションなどの関連部門や海外チームと連携しながら、事業成長をリードいただきます。


■Responsibilities1. Team Management

• Lead and manage multiple product management teams (3 teams in total)
• Monitor team progress and drive performance improvement

2. Product Strategy & Development

• Analyze market trends and customer needs to define product strategies
• Conduct competitor benchmarking to identify product strengths and areas for improvement
• Set development priorities in alignment with cross-functional stakeholders
• Lead product development projects from initiation to execution through internal coordination

3. Margin Management

• Manage product profitability to achieve and maintain target margins
• Drive cost reduction initiatives in collaboration with operations, procurement, and engineering
• Control pricing strategies, including price erosion and price adjustments, in coordination with sales and pricing teams
• Optimize product mix and manufacturing footprint

4. Additional Responsibilities

• Support regional product management activities within APAC, including:
• KPI setting and progress tracking
• Sharing best practices across regions and globally
• Coordinating cross-country projects

**Domestic and international travel required (approximately 20–30%)

■必須

• 10年以上のプロダクトマネジメント／営業／プログラムマネジメントいずれかの経験
• 10年以上の自動車業界での実務経験
• クロスファンクショナルチームとの高いコミュニケーション力
• プレゼン・Excel・データ分析スキル
• ピープルマネジメント経験
• ネイティブレベルの日本語スキル
• ビジネスレベル以上の英語スキル

■歓迎

• コネクタまたはワイヤーハーネス分野での経験
• 中国語
