業務内容

Job Description: Spec-in activities for all plastic parts, from catalog products, newly developed products, and customized parts, for lamp, steering, battery, and wire harness manufacturers.
Main Markets: Tier 1 and Tier 2 manufacturers, wire harness manufacturers

• Building relationships with customers (penetration activities).
• Replacing competing products with existing products (global products).
• Benchmarking research, targeting, planning, commercialization, and proposals for new products.
• Project management and promotion with the development team from start to finish. (Including Overseas Group for overseas projects)

Supporting existing customers

• Agency and sales management (sales forecasts, demand forecasts, credit management, etc.).
• Sales price determination and quotation submission.
• Supporting customers with inquiries, etc.

応募条件

Career requirements:

• People with sales experience (5-10 years) in design and purchasing departments for automobiles, automobile Tier 1, and other manufacturing industries.
• People with experience in project management (vehicle development) in the automobile industry.
• People with extensive experience in new business development (penetration).
• Engineering background is welcome.

Knowledge/qualifications:

• Regular driver's license/computer operation (Word/Excel/PowerPoint/Outlook, etc.)

Personal requirements

• People with communication skills and the ability to cooperate.
• People with a strong spirit of challenge who can get others involved and demonstrate leadership.
• People who can carry out their work with a self-motivated (independent) attitude.
• As customers become more globalized, there are more opportunities to communicate with overseas group members of company.
• People who are comfortable with English and have practical experience in English are welcome. (English training system available)
