  会社レベルの人事戦略や施策は日本本社および海外本社と協調して策定、実施
  就業規則、工場内規等の立案、改定
  人事評価制度、人材開発・育成計画の実施と運用の改善
  労務管理および残業時間、有給休暇取得率などKPI管理と工場マネジメントへの報告、改善、立案
  工場人事部門の経費予算立案と執行管理
  工場労働環境の改善計画と推進
  世界中の人事とのネットワーク構築
  サステナビリティ活動の推進と実施
  高校、および高等専門学校等からの新規卒業者の採用計画立案、実施
  派遣社員や出向社員の就業管理、契約更新管理
  労働安全衛生マネジメント、及びメンタル不調やハラスメントなどの個別の就業問題対応
  改善活動グループ（ボトムアップ改善活動）の管理
  事業継続計画と緊急時対応計画の管理 工場環境マネジメントシステムの管理・監督
  社内広報及び工場での会社イベント
  最高の効率で目標を達成するために、個々の目標を設定することにより、人々をコーティングし、動機付けます。
  工場品質管理システムの開発
