業務内容：
装置の据え付け・スタートアップ作業分解された状態で届く装置を、製造エンジニアと協力しながらお客さまの工場内で組み立てます。
他の装置との細かな調整も必要であり、少なくとも3週間、長ければ3カ月かけておこないます。
装置の評価・解析新しい装置を導入する際は、お客さまの工場内に評価機を入れ、動作確認をします。評価機を操作できるのはフィールドエンジニアだけ。
吸い上げた情報をプロセスエンジニアなどへ提供し、修正された情報をもとに再度条件設定をします。
修理・メンテナンス装置のトラブルに関する連絡があった際、現地へ駆け付けて修理対応します。
大規模な不具合などは専門部署と協力して復旧に臨みます。
改善のための改造・改良お客さまのご要望・お困りごとをお聞きし、装置の改善を提案。
たとえば「生産能力をさらにUPさせたい」という要望に「チャンバー*を追加設置しませんか？」など、技術者として知識を生かした提案をしています。

Main responsibilities:

RepairsAdvise customer technical personnel in dealing with problems, together with customer technical staff and using manuals and guidance from 2nd and 3rd line support, use tools, replace parts, improve settings, to execute repairs.
ProceduresArrange with customer machine time window to execute procedure, plan procedure, arrange for all (possible) parts, tools, equipment and information / knowledge to be available at start of procedure, execute procedure, make necessary decisions / adaptations during procedure to realize optimal results.
Training / adviceExplain appropriate actions to users to correct malfunctions, train customers in use and routine maintenance of equipment, recommend changes in user procedures when needed.
InstallationInstall equipment at customers locations, including equipment with new features, unload components, inspect for damage, assemble, align and test.

パワーエレクトロニクス製品及び周辺機器の設置の実施。太陽光用PCS、蓄電池システムなどの据付、試運転調整、システム設定、メンテナンス、テクニカルサポートなどを担当し、解決するまで生じた技術問題を管理すること。
顧客と社内プロジェクトサポートチームと繋がり、プロジェクトにおける技術問題の解決方法および計画を導く。
顧客と効率的なコミュニケーションを取りながら、TAC障害分析と現場のテクニカルサポートを実行すること。
サービスシステムを改善し、顧客および現地エンジニアに必要なテクニカルサポートと研修教育を提供すること。
製品物流確認からサービス納品・受入までの全プロセスを遂行すること。

- 業務内容
- Main responsibilities:
Setup of robots, controllers, and systems on-site
Conduct on-site product demonstration for customers
Set up and install controllers and peripheral devices at the delivery site
Provide post-delivery robot system technical support (remotely, as well as on-site)
Create proposals for improving peripheral equipment
*The location of delivery sites will vary and can be either domestic or overseas. Depending on the project, you may be spending 40% of the month outside of the office or on-site.
