海外本社など同社の海外の工場からパーツごとに送られてくる装置をお客様の工場内にて3～5名のチームで1～2カ月(1つの装置につき)かけてセッティング(組立て)、基本性能の評価テストを実施し、本稼働までフォローを行います。

- Main responsibilities:
Provide effective supervision, training and coaching to assigned maintenance employees to achieve the required equipment up time, equipment repairs, and production goals.
Maintain site records and inventories.
Ensure that standard operating procedures and engineering procedures are current, accurate and that all work is done in compliance to ensure maximum quality.
Monitor to ensure that all employees comply with safety regulations.
Work with employees to resolve technical and machine problems.
Maintain ongoing preventive maintenance program to ensure optimum equipment performance
Provide the shift to shift communication link in order to keep all team members working toward the same goals.
Communicate to employees all issues that affect the system solution.
Oversee equipment upgrades and retrofit projects, effectively coordinating with supplier support.
Ensure accurate spare parts inventory and on-site availability to support equipment repairs and upgrades
Participate directly in maintain operations and act as a reference, especially for newcomers
Characterize issues on site, lead the problem solving process to identify root-causes, escalate blocking points.
Define an implement actions to tackle definitely root-causes
Implement continuous improvement projects on the site
Lead or co-lead team rituals according to the framework established by the company
Represent the business on-site

- 業務内容
- Main responsibilities:
Responding to day to day enquiries and requests from existing transport customers. These requests include but are not limited to spare parts, inventory management and quality and service agreements
Acts as a conduit between customer product technicians and own tech services personnel
Maintain communication with global stakeholders to support product inquiry (PI), Field Actions (PFA and Recall)
First point of contact for technical pre sales product enquiry and accessible post sales technical support as required
Grow and develop business relationships within the company and with external parties
Gathering and disseminating client/stakeholder feedback from industry
Identify changes needed in content and marketing materials
In-depth understanding of competitor products, activity and key wins
Support the growth of market share in the region
Trusted and proactive product specialist
Support achievement of sales budget
Support growth of ProCare and technical service sales
Support technical aspects for tenders and proposals
Support clinical / operational trials within accounts
Support roll-out and implementation of products within EMS agencies as required.
