業務内容

A global provider of advanced power solutions is hiring a Regional Sales Manager to grow its business with semiconductor equipment manufacturers in Japan.
This role combines technical insight (RF power / plasma processes) with commercial ownership, working closely with OEMs and engineering teams.

■Responsibilities

• Drive sales growth within the semiconductor equipment market in Japan
• Engage with engineering, R&D, and procurement teams at OEMs
• Identify and secure design-in opportunities in new platforms
• Support technical discussions alongside sales engineers
• Lead customer meetings, demos, and presentations
• Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure
• Maintain pipeline visibility and CRM updates
• Represent the company at industry events and conferences

応募条件

■必須

• 工学系の学士号以上
  • 電気工学、電子工学、応用物理、化学工学、または関連分野
• ネイティブレベルの日本語スキル
• ビジネスレベル以上の英語スキル
• 2年以上の半導体装置業界における経験
  • 技術職／営業職／アプリケーションエンジニアいずれか
• 半導体／装置業界におけるデザインイン営業の経験
