業務内容

■Responsibilities
Manage Operations department consists of production planning team, purchas-ing team, logistics, production team and quality assurance team.

•  Production Planning:
  •  take responsibility to make production plans to meet customers’ require-ments by arranging parts lead time, equipment availability and technicians’ workload.
  •  Make decisions “Make or Buy” to optimize QCD (Cost, Quality and Deliv-ery) by consulting with engineering team.
•  Purchasing
  •  Main responsibility is supplier management, to purchase parts to meet company’s QCD requirements
  •  Takes initiative to quality control of venders.
  •  Develop new vender to improve QCD
•  Logistics
  •  Manage logistics provider to stabilize QCD
  •  Warehouse management
•  Production:
  • Continue to improve technicians’ skill set to reduce manufacturing failure.
  •  Encourage technicians to share knowledge to level workload among teams.
•  Quality Assurance
  •  Be a champion of ISO9001 quality management and guide company to comply with the standard.

応募条件

■必須

• サプライチェーンマネジメントまたはオペレーションマネジメントにおける 10年以上の実務経験
• 学士号
• ビジネスレベル以上の英語スキル
• ネイティブレベルの日本語スキル

■歓迎

• エンジニアリングチームのマネジメント経験
• 海外でのマネジメント経験
• 工学系修士号
• MBA
• ドイツ語スキル
• 製造業に関連する資格・認証の保有
• コーチング型のマネジメントを実践できる方
