業務内容

This role is a project management position for the Manufacturing Execution System (MES) design, development and implementation in the Manufacturing site of a pharmaceutical packaging site. This multi-year project requires coordination and collaboration with external vendors, global corporate Teams, and key stakeholders in various governance teams and Functional SMEs.In addition, this position will support the coordination and execution of improvements to process, procedure and training practices in visual inspection, primary and secondary packaging operational areas related (but not limited) to the MES scope.
Main responsibilities:

• Develop project schedule including key milestones to ensure project is completed on schedule
• Identify, communicate and mitigate risks within the project scope
• Manage vendor relationships to ensure project objectives related to cost, quality, and delivery are met
• Facilitate cross functional project team meetings
• Coordinate and collaborate with cross-functional teams to create software solution capable of meeting needs for digital batch record and enhanced performance monitoring of manufacturing equipment
• Provide stakeholders with key information to support both tactical and strategic decisions related to project prioritization, resource allocation and broader site initiatives such as business planning and shutdown timing
• Lead the team through benchmarking with areas external to the site to capitalize on replication opportunities and share best practices
• Ensure MES system can improve or maintained with manufacturing, quality, and safety standards by consulting and understanding global standards and local business processes
• Responsible for ensuring a safe work environment and accountable for implementing all HSE corporate and site goals
• Communicate effectively in both English and Japanese to facilitate smooth project execution and stakeholder engagement

• プロジェクトスケジュールの作成：主要なマイルストーンを含め、プロジェクトが予定通りに完了するようにする
• リスクの特定、コミュニケーション、および軽減：プロジェクトの範囲内でリスクを特定し、コミュニケーションし、軽減する
• ベンダー関係の管理：コスト、品質、納期に関連するプロジェクト目標が達成されるようにベンダー関係を管理する
• クロスファンクショナルプロジェクトチーム会議の促進：クロスファンクショナルなプロジェクトチーム会議を促進する
• クロスファンクショナルチームとの協力と連携：デジタルバッチレコードと製造設備のパフォーマンス監視の向上に対応できるソフトウェアソリューションを作成するために、クロスファンクショナルチームと協力し、連携する
• ステークホルダーへの情報提供：プロジェクトの優先順位付け、リソース配分、およびビジネス計画やシャットダウンのタイミングなどのサイト全体のイニシアチブに関連する戦術的および戦略的な意思決定をサポートするための重要な情報をステークホルダーに提供する
• ベンチマーキングのリード：サイト外のエリアとのベンチマーキングを通じて、複製の機会を活用し、ベストプラクティスを共有する
• MESシステムの改善または維持：製造、品質、安全基準を向上または維持できるように、グローバルスタンダードとローカルビジネスプロセスを理解し、コンサルティングする
• 安全な作業環境の確保：安全な作業環境を確保し、すべてのHSE（健康、安全、環境）に関する企業およびサイトの目標を実施する責任を負う
• 効果的なコミュニケーション：プロジェクトの円滑な実行とステークホルダーの関与を促進するために、英語と日本語の両方で効果的にコミュニケーションを取る

応募条件

Minimum requirements:

• Education: University graduate in Technical/Science/Engineering degree or higher.
• Experience: Over 5 years of experience in team management or project management in manufacturing or similar work experience.
• Business level in both Japanese and English
• From the perspective of employee well-being and productivity, The company has established a commuting distance and time limit policy. Specifically, the maximum allowable commuting distance is within 90 km and commuting time should not exceed 90 min from candidates nearest station to the workplace using the cheapest public transportation route. If candidates live further away than the above range, they will generally be required to relocate to a location within commuting distance (rented company housing may be provided). The above applies even if commuting by car is permitted.

必須要件：

• 学歴: 教育：理工学系の大学卒業以上
• 経験：製造でのチームマネジメントやプロジェクト管理、または同様の経験５年以上
• ビジネスレベルの日本語および英語
• 弊社では社員のウェルビーイングと生産性の観点から、自宅最寄り駅から勤務地までの通勤距離が90㎞以内かつ 最安経路での公共交通機関の所要時間が90分以内の範囲を、通勤可能上限としています。それよりも遠方にお住まいの場合は、通勤可能な範囲にご転居いただくことを原則としております（借上社宅の貸与あり）。車両通勤を認める場合においても、上記を適用します。
