The role of Wholesale Manager is to execute the brand's strategy and to drive and deliver financial goals by developing strong partnership and maximize business opportunities with trade customers.
Main responsibilities:- Plan and implement effective wholesale activities for trade customers for footwear category, such as department store, national retailer/ distributor of sporting goods and “select shop” for the assigned categories
- Propose, negotiate and implement product offering plan as well as promote Special Make-Ups (SMU) to existing/ new trade customers to maximize sell-in opportunities
- Propose, promote and implement effective retail marketing communication / tools / materials to drive sell-out on retail front

Minimum requirements:
- 2+ years of experience in general wholesale business of sporting goods, particularly footwear
- 1+ year of experience in working in B-to-B national chain sports/footwear retailers, such as Mega Sport, Xebio /Victoria, ABC Mart, G-FOOT and CHIYODA, as well as “select shop” (fashion account) such as BEAMS, SHIPS and BAY CREWS
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and PowerPoint)
- Japanese level: Native (written, spoken)
- Education: Bachelor's degree or above, or equivalent working experiences
- Ability to manage multiple stakeholders in a matrix organization
- Ability to work independently and cooperatively in a diverse group
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills
Preferred qualifications:- Experience in handling multiple fashion product categories in wholesale business
- Understanding of fashion/ FMCG business
- English level: Intermediate (written, spoken)
- Experience in multinational environment
