業務内容

Project details

• We provide services for the entire IT business of our customers, including core systems for the construction machinery rental industry, mainly for civil engineering, construction, and industrial machinery, as well as maintenance and operation services and planning for peripheral systems, and IT management services.
• With the goal of improving customer satisfaction, we emphasize proactive improvements, opinions, and suggestions regardless of position within the project.

Hiring background

• In order to realize customers' medium- to long-term business plans, the needs for planning and system development are increasing, and there is a shortage of planning consultants and system development PMs, so we need to increase the number of people.

Job Content

• As a system construction member, you will be responsible for system planning developed by customers (planning support), from proposing and acquiring projects to executing system construction and handing over operations and maintenance. (Choose a development method according to the project. Waterfall type, Agile type, etc.)

応募条件

Essential Requirements

• 3 or more years of Java development work experience, project experience of 30 or more man-months of development
• Database (preferably Oracle) experience

Welcome Requirements

• Quality control experience (especially UT, source (code reviews, test automation, etc.)
• Able to take leadership in solving problems by involving related parties
• Ability to read and write English is a plus
• For construction projects using new technology, it is necessary to communicate with global development departments
