- 業務内容
- Main responsibilities:
ManagementMonitor project QCD, give appropriate direction and coordinate with internal, external team as needed.
Manage documentation for delivery to the customer and archiving them.
Troubleshoot system level problems or customer concerns.
Perform structured design reviews both with customer and internally.
Supervise, train and conduct coaching to engineers and create strong team with excellent leadership.
Plan and conduct group resource management.
Hardware & Electrical designManage conducting initial amplifier performance and functional feasibility check.
Manage creating and maintain audio amplifier specification document.
Manage arranging amplifier validation test items.
Manage conducting amplifier development.
Manage conducting plant, supplier, ESP, JDM and CM arrangement for prototype build and customer prototype parts delivery.
Manage conducting vehicle level operation check/review and manage issues.
Manage conducting detail amplifier measurement, evaluation as needed.
