  業務内容

  Main responsibilities:
  Safety & Compliance Prepare, define, and update the Project HSE Plan; ensure compliance from subcontractors.
  Ensure compliance with Japan HSE policies (Zero Accidents, Zero Incidents, Near-miss reporting).
  
  Quality ManagementDefine and update Construction Inspection Test Plans; conduct quality inspections.
   Oversee equipment/material reception and handover to contractors. 
  
  Technical & Construction ManagementPre-Construction: Conduct constructability studies, define scopes, risks, and mitigation measures.
  During Construction:
  Lead site activities ensuring safety, quality, and schedule adherence.
  Manage contractor interfaces, site changes, and documentation.
  Post-Construction: Summarize lessons learned, as-built documentation, and propose improvements.
  
  Coordination & CommunicationRegularly report to the Construction/Project Manager on manpower, schedule, budget, and risks.
  Liaise with clients, subcontractors, and other internal/external stakeholders.
  
  SubcontractingSupervise subcontractor activities and validate technical proposals.
  Coordinate negotiations and ensure contract compliance.
  
  
  業務内容：
  安全とコンプライアンスHSEポリシー（無災害・無事故、ニアミス報告）を遵守。
  安全計画書の作成、更新、請負業者の遵守を確認
  
  品質管理建設検査試験計画の定義および更新、品質検査の実施
  機器・材料の受領および請負業者への引き渡しを監督
  
  技術・建設管理建設可能性調査を実施し、範囲、リスク、対策を定義
  安全性、品質、スケジュールを確保しながら現場活動をリード
  請負業者との調整、現場変更、文書管理を行う
  学んだ教訓、完成図書の作成、改善提案を行う
  
  調整・コミュニケーション人員、スケジュール、予算、リスクに関する状況を建設・プロジェクトマネージャーに定期的に報告
  クライアント、請負業者、その他の関連者と連携
  
  下請け業務請負業者の活動を監督し、技術提案を検証
  契約交渉を調整し、契約の遵守を確保
