業務内容

Main responsibilities:

• Safety & Compliance
  • Prepare, define, and update the Project HSE Plan; ensure compliance from subcontractors.
  • Ensure compliance with Japan HSE policies (Zero Accidents, Zero Incidents, Near-miss reporting).
• Quality Management
  • Define and update Construction Inspection Test Plans; conduct quality inspections.
  •  Oversee equipment/material reception and handover to contractors. 
• Technical & Construction Management
  • Pre-Construction: Conduct constructability studies, define scopes, risks, and mitigation measures.
  • During Construction:
  • Lead site activities ensuring safety, quality, and schedule adherence.
  • Manage contractor interfaces, site changes, and documentation.
  • Post-Construction: Summarize lessons learned, as-built documentation, and propose improvements.
• Coordination & Communication
  • Regularly report to the Construction/Project Manager on manpower, schedule, budget, and risks.
  • Liaise with clients, subcontractors, and other internal/external stakeholders.
• Subcontracting
  • Supervise subcontractor activities and validate technical proposals.
  • Coordinate negotiations and ensure contract compliance.

  • 安全計画書の作成、更新、請負業者の遵守を確認
• 品質管理
  • 建設検査試験計画の定義および更新、品質検査の実施
  • 機器・材料の受領および請負業者への引き渡しを監督
• 技術・建設管理
  • 建設可能性調査を実施し、範囲、リスク、対策を定義
  • 安全性、品質、スケジュールを確保しながら現場活動をリード
  • 請負業者との調整、現場変更、文書管理を行う
  • 学んだ教訓、完成図書の作成、改善提案を行う
• 調整・コミュニケーション
  • 人員、スケジュール、予算、リスクに関する状況を建設・プロジェクトマネージャーに定期的に報告
  • クライアント、請負業者、その他の関連者と連携
• 下請け業務
  • 請負業者の活動を監督し、技術提案を検証
  • 契約交渉を調整し、契約の遵守を確保

応募条件

Minimum requirements:

• 5+ years in industrial construction or a related technical field.
• Strong understanding of construction tools, international standards, and HSE practices.
• Proficiency in project execution processes and risk management.
• Discipline Industry and Science of Mechanical engineering
• Industrial construction management tools, procedures
• Knowledge of international technical codes and standards
• Evaluation of site productivity, progress and schedule impact
• Knowhow to manage HSES in the field
• Languages
  • Japanese (Native)
  • English (Fluent)

必須要件：

• 産業建設または関連する技術分野で5年以上の経験
• 建設ツール、国際規格、HSE慣行に関する深い理解
• プロジェクト遂行プロセスおよびリスク管理に熟練
• 5年程度の技術職としての経験（現場施工、エンジニアリング、設計、機械、
• 製作技術者としての）があれば望ましい。
• 建設・工業系 出身
• 言語
  • 日本語 (ネイティブレベル)
  • 英語 (流暢)
