  特に今回募集を行うのは、【EHSスペシャリスト】
  のポジションです。
  これまでのご経験を活かし、革新的なソリューションをリードする同社の安全と衛生管理を守る仕事に挑みませんか？
  ━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━
  ■業務内容：
  ①装置・設備等の安全管理(80%)
  
  使用済みの半導体製造装置パーツ等のリペアに伴う外部輸送承認
  
  パーツが有害物質に汚染されていないかなど、安全に輸送できるかを判断するため、カスタマーエンジニアが全ての使用済みパーツの検査を行っています。
  現場でその結果がSAPに入力され、EHSに承認依頼として届きますので、全ての申請を確認し承認します。
  必要に応じ追加情報を得るため、カスタマーエンジニアと直接連絡を取りながら確認します。
  
  グローバルへ報告する半導体製造装置の事故や故障レポート内容の添削・確認
  
  グローバルへの報告はSAPを使いカスタマーエンジニアが行います。報告提出前に、EHSはそのレポート内容の添削・確認をします。
  国内で発生した全ての事故や故障をグローバルへ報告しており、全てのケースで確認依頼が来ます。
  レポートに記載された作業内容が不十分、英語表現に曖昧さがあるなど、レポートごとにアドバイスするポイントが変わるため、必要な情報を整理し、確認を取りながら報告内容を確定させます。
  
  →数年以内にAIが稼働し、仕事のボリュームが変更になる可能性もあります。
  ②社員の安全衛生管理(20%)
  
  安全管理や現場パトロール、労災対応（全国出張対応あり）
  
  ①法令に基づいた安全管理 ②顧客が定めた安全ガイドライン ③当社が定めたルールがあり、社員の担当や役割に合わせた教育、啓蒙を行います。
  全国拠点の安全パトロールを実施し、作業環境を確認します。
  工場内の化学物質濃度や温湿度などの作業環境を定期的に測定します。
  労災発生時の対応とグローバルへ報告します。
  
  →①と②の割合は徐々に50%：50%になっていく予定です。

  防火管理・防災訓練
  ＢＣＰ対応
  事故・災害発生時の原因調査及び、ケースに応じた再発防止対策実施
  労働安全衛生に関する会議運営（安全衛生委員会、協力会社協議会等）
  
  ■Main Responsibilities：
  Applies technical expertise in one or more safety engineering disciplines.
  
  Develops new standards, policies and procedures, including situations involving new substances for which no previous analysis work has been completed.
  Evaluates the introduction of new technologies and its potential interaction with other systems.
  Stay abreast of most recent research and industry trends in the field. Develop and/or implements programs to minimize risk to employees, customer and the environment.
  Responsible for one or more of the company’s EH&S functions (Product Safety, Site Safety, Lab Safety, Field Service Safety, Environmental, I.H., Ergonomics, etc.) as it relates to a specific division products, processes or work methods
  Serves in a consultative capacity with other internal organizations. 
  
  Coordinates the safety aspects of operations and engineering within the company, with customers and other organizations which are related to operations and products and their design.
  Develops and maintains a thorough knowledge base regarding safety in accordance with area of specialization and expertise in one or more EH&S disciplines that include: Occupational Health and Safety, Industrial Hygiene, Environmental, Facilities/Industrial Safety, Product Safety, Lab Safety and Sustainability.
  
  Manages projects to completion by leading groups through technical expertise. 
  
  Develop skills to report and present safety related status and issues to EH&S team and business groups.
  Implements focused, effective programs aimed at resolving customer concerns and complaints regarding safety designed into new products and ensures that products meet safety requirements at time of shipment.

  Acts as an industry expert representing AMAT by providing inputs to company standards.
  
  May interface between the company and governmental agencies. Advanced knowledge in EH&S standards and policies.
  
  Participates in compliance evaluation of products, programs, and facilities per company and governmental requirements. Participates in the evaluation and analysis of concept and feasibility studies.
  
  Performs product/system safety analysis on components, subsystems, and systems.
  
  Prepares periodic and special reports in connection with engineering studies and projects and from liaison with other companies and outside organizations.
  Investigates accidents and specifies corrective action programs.
  May work with customer on code compliance issues
  
  Manage 3rd party Product Safety tool assessments and drive corrective actions within the various internal organizations.
  
  May develop and implement Product Safety training programs for operations and exposures.
  
  Evaluates and specifies work methods, design requirements, procedures and policies.
  Gathers EHS information and evaluates results.
  Administers EH&S safety training programs.
  
  May investigate accidents or incidents and analyze pertinent data.
  
  Participates in compliance evaluation of products, programs, and facilities per company and governmental requirements.
  Investigates accidents and specifies corrective action.  
  Able to use 8D, FMEA, PHA and other investigation and assessment methods.
  
  Has working knowledge and understanding of regulatory requirements, codes and standard in their EH&S discipline.
  
  Evaluates and specifies work methods, design requirements, procedures and policies.
  Interprets internal/external business challenges and recommends best practices to improve products, processes or services

  業務内容

  Manage their strategic EHS programs and provide input into the development and ensure implementation of the Company’s EHS management system
  Serve as Subject Matter Expert and provide professional EHS advice to operational management teams
  Lead North Asia EHS team to ensure the correct implementation and application of the system across all parts of the business including certification to ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 (or equivalent) where required
  Provide support for effectively assessing and controlling risk in the workplace
  Review and approve proposed communications of the company’s EHS policies and associated documentation
  Ensure EHS resources are organized properly to support the business
  Monitor and measure compliance with legal standards and establish effective follow up procedures to ensure any risks/deficits are addressed
  Be a member of local compliance committee as a Subject Matter Expert of Operations
  Identify EHS training and development needs
  Ensure delivery of awareness training covering a variety of specialized technical topics
  Ensure EHS audits are conducted, and corrective action taken as needed
  Lead EHS committee meetings and participate in management meetings
  Present at meetings to ensure all attendees receive up to date information on existing EHS arrangements and any legal and policy changes
  Carry out detailed investigations for more serious incidents in the workplace and draft appropriate reports
  Assess all contractors’ processes and procedures to verify they meet the company’s EHS standards and that their performance is measured against agreed targets
