  ■ポジションについて
  国内ビジネスの成長をリードし、売上目標、収益性、市場シェア拡大、予算達成といった業績責任を担います。
  中期および短期の事業計画の実行を推進し、製品・サービスの適切な納期およびコスト管理のもと、オペレーションを統括します。
  また、流通方針やガイドラインに基づき、主要ステークホルダーとの長期的な関係構築を推進します。
  カントリーマネージャーとして、HSE（安全・衛生・環境）管理や雇用契約関連など、法務・管理面でのコンプライアンス遵守にも責任を持ちます。
  ■Responsibilities
  Commercial DevelopmentSupport and execute go-to-market strategy, driving sales growth and target achievement
  Manage sales processes, budgets, and performance at country level
  Build and strengthen relationships with key customers and stakeholders
  
  Sales OperationsCollaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure effective sales execution
  Implement tools and processes to improve customer service and sales planning
  
   Reporting & Performance MonitoringAnalyze market trends and KPIs to identify opportunities and drive improvements
  Ensure accurate data management and timely corrective actions
  
   Budget ManagementOversee budget allocation in line with business objectives
  
   People ManagementLead, coach, and develop team members to enhance performance and engagement
  
   Relationship ManagementBuild strong partnerships with customers and internal/external stakeholders to support business growth
