  業務内容

  Main responsibilities:
  Plan and implement strategies to develop new business and achieve GPW target by cooperating with his/her dept. manager and regional team.
  In line with the compnaies underwriting guideline, make decisions to accept, modify or reject insurance applications after scrutiny of all the required studies regarding risk involved.
  Maintain and develop the distribution channels to constantly obtain submissions and renewal businesses.
  Collaborate with the regional/global team and utilize the company's best practices for underwriting, product development, and marketing activities.
  Adequately handle queries from agencies, brokers and policy holders, and negotiate terms and conditions as necessary.
