  業務内容

  Primary Function
  Specialist - HE&R Japan will work closely with the in-country and Regional HE&R Leadership along with in-country business teams to develop reimbursement strategies for upcoming Medical Devices, that would not automatically fit into the existing reimbursement list.
  The role collaborates cross functionally with allied functions such as Regulatory, Clinical and Government Affairs in locally executing these reimbursement strategies.
  The role also provides expertise from a health economics perspective to mitigate negative policy developments, such as price revisions, inappropriate HTA etc. and form a proactive approach to leverage policy opportunities.
  
  Core Job
  Preparation and submission of reimbursement applications to MHLW and be involved in the end-to-end process to establish favorable and appropriate reimbursement.
  Work with the HE&R Leadership and the local commercial team to agree on priorities, develop and implement market access strategies for new and existing products.
  Engage with internal stakeholders including local commercial and functional teams, by facilitating communication and collaboration, forming project task forces.
  Provide reimbursement support to the business including sales, finance and marketing to achieve commercial goals and objectives.
  Actively participate at relevant scientific conferences/workshops and professional continuing education meetings.
  Prepare timely reports for the HE&R organization and the local Business leadership as the case maybe.
  Provide support to the Manager and execute any other activities as assigned from time to time.
  
  Relationships
  Internal: All local staff, in particular, Regulatory Affairs, Government Affairs, Clinical, Sales Lead and Country Lead. Health Economics & Reimbursement APAC, International and Global.
  External: MHLW, AMDD, Advisors and influencers such as academia, think-tanks, Industry associations and KOLs. Third party experts such as HEOR consultants, Health Economic modelling agencies, etc.
