業務内容

This position is responsible for expanding the distribution and licensing of Japanese entertainment content across Asian markets. Acting as a bridge between content owners and international partners, you will manage licensing negotiations, business development initiatives, and regional growth strategies while contributing to the global expansion of Japanese content. The role offers the opportunity to work across content distribution, streaming, and IP-related business initiatives in a highly international environment.
Main responsibilities:

• Drive international distribution sales and licensing activities for animation and video content across Asian markets
• Negotiate with overseas streaming platforms and local partners, manage licensing agreements, and develop new business opportunities
• Develop regional sales and pricing strategies and manage revenue performance
• Coordinate title selection, rights negotiations, and project execution with domestic IP owners
• Participate in international trade shows and content markets and conduct business meetings with industry partners

応募条件

Minimum requirements:

• International sales experience within the animation, video content, streaming, media, or IP business sectors
• Experience negotiating and executing licensing agreements with overseas companies
• Business-level Chinese and Japanese proficiency

Preferred qualifications:

• International sales experience focused on Asia or Greater China markets
• Business-level English proficiency
• Mandarin Chinese: Intermediate level
• Cantonese Chinese: Intermediate level
• Team management experience
• Experience participating in international trade shows or content markets
• Experience launching new businesses, new organizational functions, or establishing operational processes
