業務内容

設計・開発・試験・製造までを一貫して手掛ける総合力を備えた、グローバル自動車業界向けの主要サプライヤーにて
車載レーダー向けECU組込みソフトウェア開発リーダーを募集いたします。

■Responsibilities

• Lead the design, development, testing, and implementation of embedded software for automotive Electronic Control Units (ECUs).
• Manage the scope, goals, timeline, and resources of software development projects.
• Prepare software development plan and software configuration management plan.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including hardware engineers, system engineers, and validation teams.
• Ensure compliance with automotive industry standards and regulations.
• Conduct risk management and problem-solving activities.
• Communicate and coordinate with stakeholders.
• Report project progress and make necessary adjustments.
• Mentor and guide team members, providing technical expertise and support.

応募条件

■必須

• ECU向け組込みソフトウェア開発経験5年以上
• C/C++およびRTOSを用いた開発経験
• Git、PTC等の構成管理ツール利用経験
• MISRA-C、CERT-C等のコーディング規約に関する知識
• SDLCおよびアジャイル開発に関する知識・経験
• 車載通信プロトコル（CAN、CAN-FD、Ethernet、LIN、FlexRay等）に関する知識
• UDS（ISO 14229）に関する知識
• 要件管理ツールの利用経験
• コンピュータサイエンス、電気工学、または関連分野の学士号以上
• ビジネスレベル以上の英語スキル
• ネイティブレベルの日本語スキル
