Join a global technology organization that is helping enterprise customers adopt and scale next-generation AI solutions. This role is ideal for engineers who enjoy solving complex business challenges, building production-grade AI applications, and working directly with customers to drive measurable outcomes.
As a senior member of the team, you'll partner closely with enterprise stakeholders to design, develop, and deploy intelligent AI-powered solutions. You will combine deep technical expertise with strong customer-facing skills to deliver innovative solutions that create real business impact.
Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop enterprise-scale AI applications and intelligent automation solutions
• Build and deploy AI agents, LLM-powered workflows, and custom business applications
• Collaborate directly with customers to understand requirements and translate them into scalable technical solutions
• Lead technical implementation projects from architecture through production deployment
• Develop data integration pipelines and optimize data readiness for AI applications
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical challenges across applications, integrations, and AI systems
• Prototype innovative solutions and rapidly iterate based on customer feedback
• Partner with cross-functional teams to ensure successful delivery and adoption
• Mentor engineers and contribute to engineering best practices
• Influence future product and platform capabilities through customer insights and real-world implementation experience

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of hands-on software engineering or solution architecture experience
• Strong proficiency in Python, JavaScript, Java, or other modern programming languages
• Experience designing and deploying AI, Generative AI, or LLM-based solutions in production environments
• Familiarity with AI orchestration frameworks and agent-based architectures
• Experience working with enterprise data platforms, data integration, and cloud technologies
• Ability to lead technical engagements and communicate effectively with both technical and business stakeholders
• Proven track record delivering complex customer-facing projects
• Strong problem-solving skills and entrepreneurial mindset
• Business-level Japanese and English communication skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience building AI solutions in highly regulated industries such as financial services, healthcare, or public sector
• Expertise in Python and modern application development frameworks
• Previous experience in a customer-facing technical leadership, solutions architecture, or consulting role
• Experience with enterprise CRM, workflow automation, or customer engagement platforms
• Knowledge of conversational AI, RAG architectures, AI evaluation frameworks, and agentic systems
• Experience developing custom front-end and workflow automation solutions
• Contributions to open-source projects, AI frameworks, or developer communities
• Cloud platform certifications or enterprise application certifications are a plus
