業務内容

■ポジションについて
産業機械の設置、立ち上げ、メンテナンスおよび技術サポートを担当するポジションです。
国内外の顧客先において、機器導入からトレーニング、保守・修理・アップグレードまで幅広いアフターサービス業務を担い、顧客設備の安定稼働を支援いただきます。

■Responsibilities

• Install, commission, and start up industrial machinery at customer sites
• Deliver operational training for customers
• Prepare installation, commissioning, and training reports
• Serve as the primary customer contact during on-site interventions
• Perform corrective and preventive maintenance of industrial machinery
• Execute machinery upgrades and technical updates
• Prepare technical reports on repairs, maintenance, and upgrade activities
• Provide technical support to ensure stable equipment operation
• Coordinate with the After-Sales team on service activities and schedules
• Ensure compliance with quality standards and operational procedures
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives
• Follow occupational health, safety, and environmental guidelines

応募条件

■必須

• 機械工学系またはメカトロニクス関連の学位、もしくは同等の専門教育を修了している方
• アフターサービス部門での実務経験5年以上
• 製薬機械の製造またはメンテナンスに関する実務経験3年以上
• 産業機械の据付、操作トレーニング、保守・修理の経験
