業務内容

As a Senior Manager of Engineering, you will be expected to fulfill the following responsibilities:

• Section Management: Manage a section of 20-50 people, comprised of multiple groups (each group consisting of multiple teams of 5-10 members).
• Development Project Leadership: Lead committed development projects aligned with business growth, including schedule management and quality control.
• KPI Development and Execution: Create KPIs broken down from the overall Travel Development strategy to the section/group level, and formulate and execute plans to achieve them.

• エンジニアリングシニアマネージャーとして期待することは以下の内容です。
• 複数グループ（グループ配下に1チーム：5～10人規模で構成されるチームが複数紐づいている）で構成される20～50人規模のセクションのマネジメント
• ビジネス成長にアラインし、コミットした開発プロジェクトのリード、スケジュール管理、品質管理
• トラベル開発全体の戦略からセクション／グループレベルへブレークダウンされたKPIの作成とそれらを達成するための計画策定と実行

■Mandatory Qualifications：

• Business-level Japanese
• Management experience with deep technical expertise
• Bilingual in Japanese and English
