同社は、通信関連の総合メーカーの日本拠点です。開発から製造まで社内一貫体制を貫き、収益性の高い事業運営を継続しています。同社は同グループの中でも技術開発・生産の重要拠点として位置付けられており、同グループが生み出す電子デバイスの新製品のうち、3分の1以上が日本で開発されたものです。また研究開発、設備投資に力を入れており、売上の一定割合を必ずこの分野に投資するなど豊かな開発環境を整えています。コネクターの開発製造から、精密金型の開発設計、さらには超高速自動ロボットの開発設計まで自社内で行う高度な技術力があります。

業務内容

Main responsibilities:

• Collect customer needs (VOC) and contribute to problem-solving as well as the creation of new business opportunities.
• Strengthen relationships of trust with customers through the timely provision of technical information.
• Drive improvements in the quality, cost, and productivity of existing products, evolving them into highly competitive offerings over the long term.
• Expand the product portfolio by developing variations such as different pole counts and derivative models.
• Establish and maintain a stable supply system through Business Continuity Planning (BCP) initiatives.

• 既存製品の品質・コスト・生産性改善を推進し、長期的に競争力のある製品へ進化
• 極数展開・派生モデル開発により製品ラインナップを強化
• BCP対応を通じて安定供給体制を構築・維持

応募条件

Minimum requirements:

• Minimum of 1 year of experience working for a manufacturer.
• Experience in design using 3D CAD (software type not specified).
• Strong coordination and communication skills with both internal and external stakeholders.

Preferred qualifications:

• At least 1 year of product development experience at an electrical or electronic component manufacturer.
• Experience in customer-facing roles.
• Interest in manufacturing (“monozukuri”).
• Interest in the electrical and electronic components industry.
• Willingness to engage with English (candidates without strong proficiency are acceptable if motivated to learn).

• 社内外関係者との調整・コミュニケーション能力
