業務内容

同社は、開発支援や試験・計測などのエンジニアリングサービスを提供し、自動車分野を中心に技術開発を支援する企業です。

■ポジションについて
プロジェクト実行における全体管理をサポートし、顧客との円滑なコミュニケーションを担うポジションです。
プロジェクトマネージャーと連携しながら、顧客満足度の向上や信頼関係の構築、プロジェクトの円滑な推進を支援します。
また、実行チームと顧客の橋渡し役として、課題やリスクを早期に把握・共有し、プロジェクト成功に向けたサポートを行います。

■Responsibilities

• Act as the primary liaison between customers and internal project teams, ensuring effective communication, expectation alignment, and stakeholder coordination.
• Support project planning and execution by monitoring progress, managing actions and issues, maintaining project-related information and documentation, and providing regular status updates.
• Facilitate meetings, workshops, customer discussions, and cross-functional collaboration, including interpretation support and coordination across locations and teams.
• Contribute to successful project delivery by supporting risk identification, issue resolution, troubleshooting activities, and escalation of project concerns when necessary.
• Represent the organization in customer-facing activities and support business development, project preparation, and relationship management efforts.
• Promote continuous improvement by identifying project deviations, supporting corrective actions, maintaining quality standards, and capturing lessons learned.
• Manage assigned responsibilities effectively while communicating workload, resource needs, and project risks to management.

• 機械・電気・自動車工学系の学位 
• OEMのパワートレイン経験
• PM経験
• ビジネスレベル以上の英語スキル
