業務内容

日本の従業員に対して人事支援を行う人事ビジネスパートナーの募集です。事業部門と連携し、人材施策の企画・実行を担います。
製造業での人事経験を持ち、戦略と実務の両面で貢献できる方を求めています。

■Responsibilities

• Partner with local business and functional leaders to design and execute a regional people strategy, aligning talent attraction, engagement, development, and rewards with organizational needs.
• Lead end-to-end staffing and workforce planning, including budgeting, employer branding, hiring processes, onboarding, and successful completion of probation.
• Drive performance management processes, ensuring full completion of annual review cycles, milestone tracking, and performance improvement actions.
• Ensure full compliance with local labor laws and internal policies across all HR and administrative activities.
• Strengthen employee engagement and relations through multi-channel communication, surveys, feedback loops (including exit interviews), representative activities, and team initiatives.
• Collaborate with regional and business unit HR teams to design and localize talent management frameworks, including training and development programs.
• Promote efficient, scalable, and employee-centric operations while fostering a high-performance culture with a focus on diversity, equity, inclusion, and engagement.
• Enhance employer branding and retention through competitive compensation, career development opportunities, and growth pathways.

応募条件

■必須

• 関連分野における学士号（BA/BS）
• 製造業またはエンジニアリング系の多国籍企業（MNC）における、HRBP実務経験5年以上 
• 多国籍のマトリクス組織において、複数の事業部門および職能部門を同時に支援した経験 
• ローカルの人事ポリシー、プロセス、関連法規に関する深い知識
• ビジネスレベル以上の英語スキル
• ネイティブレベルの日本語スキル
