同社は、自動車向けライティング・エレクトロニクス製品を提供するグローバル自動車部品メーカーの日本法人です。自動車用ヘッドランプやリアランプなどの照明製品、各種センサー、レーダー、電子制御システム、電動化関連コンポーネントを開発・提供しています。さらに、アフターマーケット向け製品や技術サポートも展開し、自動車メーカーの先進運転支援や電動化ニーズに対応しています。

業務内容

■Responsibilities

• Leading and steering the cross-regional radar product development team and being accountable for the holistic product development in accordance with the product V-model, SAFe (Scaled Agile Framework), and PEP (Product Engineering Process).
• Ensuring product maturity according to agreed technical requirements, including product validation with DfM/DfA loops up to SOP and extending 3 months after SOP until quality is stabilized.
• Responsible for the development of technical products in line with contracted customer/stakeholder requirements, ensuring full product conformity (e.g., ASIL, ASPICE) and achievement of QCT targets for B- or C-level project complexity.
• Acting as the (internal/external) customer interface for product engineering and representing all technical topics to both internal and external stakeholders.
• Leading acquisition activities to win new business.

■必須

• 技術系プロジェクトマネジメントの経験 
• 日系OEM（J-OEM）での業務経験 
• レーダー開発の経験 
• 開発から量産開始（SOP）までのエンジニアリングまたはプロジェクトマネジメント経験
• ビジネスレベル以上の英語スキル
• ネイティブレベルの日本語スキル
