■Responsibilities

• Manage team performance, providing guidance and support as needed
• Track, report, and communicate issue status to internal management and stakeholders
• Lead customer-facing quality activities, including corrective action presentations and ongoing issue resolution
• Maintain close communication with customers to capture real-time feedback and improve quality
• Drive improvement actions, including defect response, containment, and investigation processes
• Provide onsite technical support for product performance and quality issues
• Lead structured problem-solving activities (e.g., 8D) across internal and customer teams
• Conduct internal quality audits and support launch readiness for new programs
• Contribute to quality planning and documentation based on customer feedback and production insights
• Support product launches at both internal and customer sites, ensuring smooth execution

応募条件

■必須

• 工学系分野の学士号
• 10年以上の自動車業界におけるリーダーシップ経験
• ５年以上の品質保証の実務経験
• グローバルOEM顧客との対応経験（複数顧客・複数国での実務経験）
• 技術文書作成・運用経験（PFMEA、コントロールプラン等）
• 図面読解力
• 技術課題に対する問題解決経験（目標設定・シナリオ設計）
• Lean（リーン生産）に関する基本理解
• マトリックス組織（ローカル＋グローバル）での業務経験
• ネイティブレベルの日本語スキル
• ビジネスレベル以上の英語スキル
• 海外出張対応可能（アジア、北米（メキシコ含む）、欧州）

■歓迎

• Six Sigma Black Belt または同等レベルの知識・認定
• 自動車安全部品（例：シートベルトなど拘束装置）の経験
• 海外メンバー・顧客との多文化環境での業務経験（強化要素）
• 修士号
• 自動車業界での品質保証経験
