業務内容

The company is scaling amid complex regulations and global operations.
It is shifting from manual QA to an AI-driven approach and seeks a leader to drive automation in compliance and early-quality assurance.

■Responsibilities

• Lead the design and execution of an AI-driven QA strategy, including automated requirement validation against regulatory standards.
• Drive “shift-left” quality by introducing AI-powered checks in early development phases to prevent defects.
• Manage and develop a QA team, fostering a transition toward AI-enabled quality practices.
• Use data and AI insights to predict risks and improve processes.
• Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to embed quality into the development lifecycle without slowing delivery.
• Oversee data privacy and security validation, ensuring compliance and safe handling of sensitive information.

■Technology Stack

• Backend: Ruby, Ruby on Rails, GraphQL, gRPC, Sidekiq Pro, RSpec, Kotlin
• Frontend: TypeScript, Next.js, Vue.js, Nuxt.js, Bootstrap-vue, Vue apollo, Jest
• Infrastructure: Amazon EKS, Aurora, ElastiCache, S3 etc
• Infrastructure as Code: Terraform
• Test Automation Tech stack: Playwright with Typescript

応募条件

■Required

• Experience managing teams in fast-paced environments
• Hands-on use of AI/LLMs for QA or automation
• Understanding of quality, cost, and delivery (QCD)
• Experience improving upstream processes (discovery/design phase)
• Development or test automation background
• English language skills: Business level 

■Preferred

• Experience building or scaling QA teams
• AI-driven QA or product development experience
• Global team collaboration experience
• CI/CD and test automation knowledge
• Strong ownership and interest in modern QA (shift-left)
