■Responsibilities

• Working in close liaison with a regional BSG team to support the payments process, including purchase orders, invoices, and expense reports  
• Recording and managing management accruals  
• Processing payroll-related accounting, including monthly payroll, fringe benefits, pensions, vacation accruals, bonuses, etc., in close communication with HR  
• Monitoring and maintaining supplier master data  
• Managing identification numbers for withholding tax reporting for Health Care Professionals  
• Responding to employee enquiries regarding purchase orders and expense reports  
• Managing prepaid accounts  
• Performing monthly reconciliations  
• Recording statutory adjustments and tracking tax adjustments  
• Working with external tax consultants on tax returns (corporate income tax and VAT)  
• Updating SOX documentation  
• Leading or participating in ongoing and ad-hoc projects at both global and local levels

応募条件

■必須

• 学士号
• グローバル企業または会計事務所における経理実務経験3年以上
• MS OfficeおよびERPシステム（SAP、Oracle、JDEなど）の使用経験
• ネイティブレベルの日本語スキル
• ビジネスレベル以上の英語スキル
