業務内容

Our client is seeking an experienced Machine Learning Engineer to design, develop, and enhance machine-learning solutions for our products, aimed at solving real-world business challenges. As a member of our highly skilled team, you will be responsible for creating machine learning models that address specific problem statements and are deployable by our engineering team. We emphasize experience building machine learning solutions as part of productionized systems, as they come with long-term planning and maintenance challenges.
Main responsibilities:

• Leading research initiatives to solve a novel problem, discussing possible directions in terms of the product, and investigating possible solutions using machine learning or internally developed algorithms
• Orchestrating and executing the operations around creating or improving features, from choices around data labeling, to training models and evaluating them, and helping with the end-to-end integration
• Continuously paying attention to non-functional aspects of feature development such as ease of maintenance, quality of testing, and computation performance in production
• Staying up-to-date on developments in relevant machine learning fields
• Guiding and mentoring more junior members of the team in terms of possible algorithmic approaches, model training practices or techniques, and software engineering in general

応募条件

Minimum requirements:

• At least 4 years of experience developing and integrating machine learning models in productionized solutions
• Strong understanding of machine learning algorithms, including deep learning, particularly computer vision and NLP
• Solid python programming skills, including experience with modern machine learning libraries (e.g. pytorch)
• Ability to produce high quality code that can be directly used in production (e.g. auto code formatting, type checking, code testing, efficient data structures and algorithms)
