英会話コースなどを提供しています。

業務内容

同社は年間約25万件のタブレットを用いたスピーキングテストを実施しています。
本ポジションの目的は、スピーキングテストの実施に関連する、すべてのコミュニケーション用資料（書類および動画を含む）の企画・制作・配布を統括することです。
これらのコミュニケーション資料は、受験者、保護者、教師など、さまざまなステークホルダーを対象としており、紙媒体・デジタル媒体の両方で、複数のチャネルを通じて配布されます。
そのため、本ロールの担当者は、さまざまなメディアを扱い、複数のベンダーやサプライヤーと連携しながら、すべてのクリエイティブ成果物が、厳格な品質基準を満たしつつ、期限内に企画・制作・処理・納品されるよう管理をお願いします。

■Responsibilities

• Relationship and Stakeholder Management
  •  Work with the client and colleagues across workstreams to understand needs and requirements and details about each item.
  •  Attend meetings with the Communications / Technology / Operations and Academic team to understand the details of creatives to be produced by each team.
• Commercial and/or Financial Management
  •  Understand the financial requirement and make sure to keep productions within the budget.
  •  Maintain clear and up-to-date records on all financial transactions as per internal and external audit requirements
  •  Monitor contract terms and coordinate with the Contracts Manager to ensure all vendors / suppliers contracts are current and appropriate
  •  Ensure relationships with vendors are maintained and payments are processed on time and in accordance with FABS on-line system (SAP Finance) guidelines
  •  Compliance to the company and client financial policies and procedures
• Supplementary Responsibilities
  •  Undertake other project-related duties as required for the overall management and successful delivery of the project.

応募条件

■必須

• いずれか一つの経験
  • コンサルティングファーム等での PowerPoint 資料作成の経験
  • 出版社等での編集または校正の経験
  • デザイン会社での印刷物またはデザイン業務に携わった経験
• 7年以上のプロジェクトマネジメント、コミュニケーション、マーケティング、クリエイティブ、または関連分野における経験
• 部門横断型チームのマネジメントおよび社外ステークホルダーとの調整経験
• ネイティブレベルの日本語スキル
• ビジネスレベル上級以上の英語スキル

■ 歓迎

• クリエイティブ成果物のレビューやコラボレーションを円滑に行うため、以下のようなデザイン／編集ツールの使用経験・知識があることが望ましい：
  • Adobe Illustrator
  • Adobe InDesign
  • Premiere Pro
