■Responsibilities

• Support local Ops finance to improve the process of weekly/monthly review with Ops team, better cooperate with other functions and enhance the partnership between finance and non-finance.
• Develop or improve short-term and long-term financial analysis models that identify risk; provide actionable business insights and recommendations. Periodical track & monitor of financials (revenue, standard margin, manufacturing cost, PPV, MV, inventory, and CapEx), comparison to forecast attained and analysis of variances and profitability.
• Support monthly closing and fcst reporting and recording of submission of financial package to management team (GAD)
• Lead and manage company standard cost development and maintenance in SAP modules and other costing systems.
• Actively participates in identifying and implementing cost reductions and working capital improvements. (pipelines track, record and monitors) - Follow up internal audits process . process improvement suggestions

応募条件

■必須

• 会計・財務、経営学、経済学などの学士号
• 10年以上の財務および会計の経験かつチーム管理の経験が5年以上。
• 製造工場での原価計算の経験が豊富
• MS Office（特にExcel及びPowerPoint）、Hyperion、SAP、BPC、及びデータウェアハウスソリューションに精通
• ビジネス上級レベル以上の英語スキル

■歓迎

• 公認会計士（CPA）、公認管理会計士（CIMA）、または英国勅許公認会計士（ACCA）の資格
• 製造業界、特に自動車業界の経験尚可
