業務内容

This group company is a full-service solutions supplier with an outstanding track record in the outdoor power equipment and recreational vehicle industries. This position will involve the design of electrical connectors and wire harnesses used in products for the group. You will be responsible for 70% of the mechanical design and 30% of the circuit design, and will be involved in the entire product.
Main responsibilities:

• Create and develop electrical connector designs that meet specification requirements
• Create and develop detailed designs of wire harnesses, including circuit diagrams and layout drawings, using CAD software (e.g., ZUKEN, Creo)
• Create and maintain specifications and design standards for wire harness designs, including materials, connectors, terminals, and protective sleeves
• Ensure all designs comply with industry standards and regulations, such as UL, IEC, and RoHS, and adhere to quality and safety guidelines
• Direct suppliers to source appropriate materials and components for wiring assemblies
• Lead design reviews and contribute to continuous improvement activities to improve product performance and reduce costs
• Analyze test data, identify potential risks, and propose design improvements to the development team
• Work closely with international engineering and manufacturing teams to ensure seamless realization of wire harnesses
• Work with the quality assurance team to comply with industry standards, such as ISO and IPC

応募条件

Minimum requirements:

• More than 8 years of experience in the design of electrical connectors, wire harnesses and related components
• Connector design experience for signal and power wire-to-wire and wire-to-board applications
• Ability to travel to the Philippines and Japan
• Familiarity with CAD software (ZUKEN, Creo, etc.)
• High-level communication skills in English (writing and speaking)

Preferred qualifications:

• Advanced English
