業務内容

エンジニアリングチームは、さまざまな分野と経験を持つ情熱的で優れたスキルを持つプロフェッショナルのチームで構成されており、
「変革的な音の体験を提供する製品を創り出すこと」を共通の目標としています。

Directs, leads, and manages the technical activities of Software development teams in Japan for electronic design, mechanical design, and/or hardware/software reliability to deliver our products for automotive customers.

━━━Responsibilities:━━━

• Manage team of 30+ Sw Development Engineers (Sw Rqmts & Arch, Control Sw, DSP) to delivery audio solutions to multiple Japanese OEMs
• Lead the regional Software Delivery teams to align with the OEM roadmap for Automotive Engineering - Japan.
• Work closely with customers, suppliers and partners as well as internal teams to develop comprehensive project plan with a focus on seamless software integration into vehicle programs.
• Be accountable for software project execution excellence; identify, oversee, and proactively manage resource constraints and conflicts to ensure on-time, high-quality delivery.
• Accountable for SW technical excellence with OEM and other partners, relentlessly enhance our capacity to provide world-class experiences, fostering both customer satisfaction and the growth of the company’s business.
• Ensure the Sw Team’s technical excellence in areas of requirements analysis, architecture design, integration, and issue resolution. (ASPICE Compliance)
• Align the company software development plans to provide the right customer value at the right time with Agile methodology.
• Accountable for alignment with customers and partners; deliverables date and content negotiation, software maturity and issues tracking and reporting.
• Be a key leader in the agile process fostering collaboration, prioritization, team accountability and transparency.
• Represent the voice of the customer for Japan Sw within the the organization.

応募条件

■必須

• 12年以上のソフトウェアエンジニアリング経験、高性能な自動車ソフトウェア製品のアーキテクチャ設計および提供の実績
• 5年以上のシニアマネジメント経験、大規模な技術エンジニアリングチームの構築、リード、およびメンターの実績
• C/C++のコーディングスキルの習熟と、過去5年間にわたる組み込みソフトウェア開発でのアクティブなコーディングの監督実績
• Agile手法を適用して大規模な自動車ソフトウェアプロジェクトを成功裏に実行した実績
• 自動車業界におけるソフトウェア開発および統合に関連するツールの利用に習熟
• ASPICE評価に対応した構造化されたソフトウェア開発プロセスをチームにリードする能力
• RFI/RFQフェーズのナビゲート、準備および回答の提供、顧客とのビジネス機会獲得のためのエンゲージメントの実績
• ビジネスレベル以上の英語スキル
