日本およびAPAC全体でのパートナーシップおよびライセンス機会の戦略的な探索と評価を通じて、同社の成長を促進する重要なポジションです。
CEOおよびCFOに直接報告するだけでなく、他の関係者とも連絡を取ります。

━━━Key Responsibilities━━━

• Search & Evaluation Leadership:
  • Lead the end-to-end evaluation of potential assets—including scientific, commercial, and valuation model analysis—to inform CEO-level decisions.
• Business Development:
  • Manage in-/out-licensing and partnership opportunities, coordinating cross-functional due diligence with R&D, Finance, Legal, and other teams.
• Market & Strategic Analysis:
  • Monitor market trends and competitive landscapes to identify high-value opportunities aligned with Nxera’s strategic priorities.
• Stakeholder & Partner Engagement:
  • Serve as the main interface for external partners and internal stakeholders, ensuring transparent communication and efficient project progression.

応募条件

■Required:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Life Sciences, or Economics
• Native-level English fluency and professional Japanese proficiency
• Proven experience in business development or search & evaluation within pharma/biotech
• Advanced financial and valuation modeling expertise to assess commercial potential

■Preferred:

• Experience in M&A, corporate strategy, or consulting
• Established network within the Japan/APAC pharma ecosystem
• Understanding of drug development and regulatory processes
