同社は、産業機械向けの駆動・制御技術を提供するグローバル企業の日本法人です。油圧機器・システム、サーボモータ、インバータ、ファクトリーオートメーション（FA）機器、締結システム、溶接機コントローラなどの製造・販売・サービスを展開し、建設機械、製造業、物流、エネルギー分野など幅広い産業の自動化・効率化を支援しています。

業務内容

Main responsibilities:

• Overall functional responsible for Country unit Logistics.
• Supply Chain Management:
  • Customer demand planning and order fulfillment
  • Procurement planning incl. 3rd party suppliers and IPN sister plants
  • Inventory management from raw material until finished goods
  • Design and implementation of Supply Chain Modeling
• Logistic cost reduction and process optimization in information flow
• Resource management
• Team and people management incl. performance management, competency development, talent pipeline development, etc.
• Report to local management and Sales units in ASEAN / headquarter overseas

• Excellent communication skills including bilingual capability
