業務内容

ALM team develops strategic asset allocation as specialists in assets and liabilities, aiming to optimize the balance between assets and liabilities in the increasingly sophisticated asset management landscape for maximizing returns through appropriate risk management.
Main responsibilities:

• Propose strategic asset allocaiton based on ICS
• Engage in and contribute to the Group ALM Center of Expertise
• Facilitate company's Investment & ALM Committee
• Support insurance product development from the ALM perspective
• Conduct fund selection for Separate Account
• Analyze and report market insights regarding ALM
• Other ALM-relating tasks 

ALMチームは、高度化が求められる資産運用において、資産と負債のバランスを最適化し、適切なリスク管理を行いながら収益を最大化することを目的に、資産と負債の専門家として資産の戦略的アロケーションを立案するチームになります。
業務内容：

• ICS基準に対応した戦略的アセットアロケーションの提案
• 当グループのALM CoEへの参画・貢献
• インベストメント&ALMコミッティの管理・運営
• 資産運用上の課題を解決するソリューションの提供
• ALM観点からの保険商品開発のサポート
• 特別勘定におけるファンド選定に関連する企画業務
• ALMに関連する市場動向の分析及び報告
• その他ALMに関連する業務

応募条件

Minimum requirements:

• Possess deep insights regarding both assets and liabilities (including insurance product knowledge)
• Propose and deliver solutions with deep investigations and understandings
• Communiration ability to work cooperatively with corporate officer, team members and stakeholders, being trusted
• Strong with mathematics and data analysis
• English skill(middle level/Reading and writing skills are essential. If there is a willingness to learn in the future, it is acceptable.)
• Japanese skill（Business level)

Preferred qualifications:

• Certificate and knowledge regarding investment, financial engineering, and risk management (e.g. CFA/ CMA / Actuary) 

必須要件：

• 資産および負債に関して深い知見を有している
• しっかりとした調査と理解に基づき、解決策を提案・実行できる
• 役員、チームメンバー及び関係者と信頼関係を築き、協調して業務を進められるためのコミュニケーション能力を有している
• 数字に強く、データ分析能力に優れていること
• 英語力（中級以上/読み書きは必須。今後学んでいただく意欲があれば可）
• 日本語力（ビジネスレベル）

歓迎要件：

• 証券、金融工学やリスク管理関する知識・資格（CFA、CMA、アクチュアリーなど）
• 保険関連経験があればなお可
