業務内容

Role Overview / 職務概要Engage in import/export transactions leveraging your expertise while adhering to SOPs and laws. Manage the Tokyo plant's manufacturing group, oversee general management of imported goods, and strategize for operational efficiency and timely delivery輸出入業務の知識とスキルを駆使し、SOPおよび法令を遵守して取引を行います。東京工場の製造グループを管理し、輸入品の総合管理を監督し、業務効率と納期遵守のための戦略を立案・実行します。
Key Responsibilities / 主な職務内容

• Budget Management / 予算管理
  • Manage and adjust the import budget aligned with business strategies for growth
  • Review and update the budget as necessary
  • Oversee the Tokyo Plant's budget
  • ビジネス成長のために戦略に沿った輸入予算の管理と調整
  • 必要に応じて予算の見直しと更新
  • 東京工場の予算管理

• People Management / 人材管理
  • Support customs clearance operations and assist team members
  • Coach and develop the team, and establish backup plans
  • 通関業務をサポートし、チームメンバーを支援
  • チームの指導・育成、バックアッププランの確立

• Continuous Improvement / 継続的改善
  • Identify and implement business process improvements for efficiency and cost optimization
  • Monitor improvement plans and lead supplier selection processes
  • Plan and execute cost reduction projects
  • プロセス改善機会を特定し、効率とコスト最適化を図る
  • 改善計画の監視とサプライヤー選定プロセスのリード
  • コスト削減プロジェクトの計画・実行

• Operation Management / 業務管理
  • Manage stakeholder requirements (Quality, Delivery, Cost, Safety)
  • Plan and implement receiving schedules with planning and warehouse teams
  • Work to reduce import damage and handle audits
  • ステークホルダーの要求事項（品質、納期、コスト、安全）の管理
  • 計画チームおよび倉庫チームと協力して受け取りスケジュールの計画・実施
  • 製造計画と連携し、輸入損傷を減らす
  • 監査（税関ポスト監査）への対応

応募条件

Qualifications / 求められる経験・スキル・知識

• 5 years of experience in Import/Export/Logistics of pharmaceuticals and medical devices.
• Management skills to lead and supervise.
• Communication skills to have good relationships with internal/external stakeholders.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Logical thinking to take proactive actions to plan.
• Business level language skills in reading, writing, and speaking in Japanese/English.

• 強力な分析および問題解決能力
