Join a thriving global leader in automotive lubricants, known for its premium products and consistent growth even in challenging markets. They are looking for a skilled Payroll Specialist to contribute to their continued success and play a key role in their Japanese operations.

Responsibilities:- Compile the information needed for payroll and validate the results of the calculation (160 employees)
- Prepare accounting data for payroll information
- Manage personnel costs and HC performance
- Respond to inquiries about personnel costs and requests for the preparation of materials
- Manage Time and Attendance information
- Control Expatriate's Tax Filing in corporation with a global mobility company
- Manage HR database maintenance and filings
- Advice employees regarding company insurance, withholding tax, etc.
- Operate and manage various benefits
- Exchange data between Finance Division
- Update work rules
- Report paperwork to government
- Oversee GBS (Global Business Services) member in Malaysia who supports Japan HR
- Manage Temp staff contract using e-staffing (20 people)
- Support recruiting activities
- Other HR related admin tasks

Necessary knowledge and skills:
- At least 3 years of payroll work experience
- Knowledge of withholding income tax
- At least 3 years of knowledge and practical experience in social insurance administrative procedure
- Knowledge of the Labor Standards Act and related laws
- English Language Proficiency (TOEIC 720 or higher)
- Judgment, data analysis, and problem-solving of complex problems
- Ability to communicate smoothly with overseas and related departments, and employees
- Willingness to improve, Team worker, Quick learner
- MS office (Word, Excel, PPT)
- Knowledge of Expatriate or international assignees
- Experience using Workday
