業務内容

One of the world's most well known industrial automation company is looking for a leader for the GOTC (Global OEM Technology Consultant) team. This position will build a high-performance technical team. You will be expected to use your expertise to support sales activities as a trusted advisor to customers.
The GOTC Team Leader will provide technology and product expertise to support the sales team, build customer relationships and clearly communicate the value of the portfolio, provide project proofing and act as a trusted advisor.

• Ensure GOTC maintains appropriate skills in OEM related products and services.
• Work with business management and sales leadership to ensure resources and skills are available to support growth.
• Participate in marketing activities such as trade shows and seminars to ensure technical resources are available to support.

応募条件

Desired Qualifications: 

• Knowledge of core products (PLC, Motion, HMI products, networking, information software, I/O, etc.).
• Recognized internally and externally as an automation systems expert.
• 5+ years of automation control and/or computer systems experience.
• Ability to troubleshoot applications/products/systems.

Desired Skills, Knowledge and Experience:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in engineering or technology related field.
• Support a customer-centric approach and value customer satisfaction.
• English proficiency (We recommend a TOEIC score of 600 or higher, but it doesn't matter if you can't speak fluently. We are looking for people who can communicate in the basic way necessary for the job.)
• Excellent communication skills (You need the ability to correctly understand the content and importance of the issues through information exchange with customers and convey appropriate proposals. You will be expected to use your excellent communication skills to provide value to customers.)
