■Job Discription：
・Develop and implement enterprise-wide security architecture aligned with business goals.
・Design secure infrastructure solutions for cloud and on-premises environments.
・Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.
・Drive innovation to improve security efficiency and resilience.
・Design and implement security measures for cloud platforms and services.
・Ensure secure integration of cloud technologies with on-premises systems.
・Monitor and maintain cloud security posture, including identity and access management.
・Guide the transformation of legacy systems to meet modern security standards.
・Establish and enforce security policies, procedures, and guidelines.
・Monitor adherence to policies and provide guidance on remediation efforts.
・Work with stakeholders, including IT teams, enterprise architects, and leadership, to implement security initiatives.
・Identify, assess, and mitigate security risks across the organization.
・Act as a technical advisor on security issues to management and project teams.
・Evaluate and integrate cutting-edge security tools and technologies.

応募条件

■Mandatory Requirements:
Education/Qualification:
- Bachelor of Science/Computer Science/B. Tech/MCA in Computer Science, IT or a related field.

Experience:
- Proven experience of minimum 7 years in Security Management OR
- Experience of more than 7 years working in or supporting Technology organization in Cloud Security (Azure Preferred).

Technical competencies:
- Expertise in cloud security frameworks, principles, and regulatory compliance (e.g., CSA, NIST, GDPR, HIPAA, PCI DSS).
- Proficiency in securing cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) with IAM, MFA, RBAC, and encryption techniques.
- Strong knowledge of network security, advanced threat detection tools, SIEM solutions, and IDS/IPS.
- Experience in disaster recovery, backup solutions, and ensuring business continuity.
- Familiarity with cloud-native governance tools, cloud governance policies, and auditing processes.
- Skills in automating security tasks, integrating with CI/CD pipelines, and securing hybrid/multi-cloud environments.
- Knowledge of DLP mechanisms, secure data sharing, database security, and key management systems.
- Expertise in zero-trust architecture, micro-segmentation, and cloud networking fundamentals (e.g., VPC, subnets, routing).

■Preferred / Nice-to-have requirements:
- MSc/MA/MBA is a plus
- Bi-lingual Japanese (Business level), English (Business Level) preferred.
- Experience in Banking, Communication or Bottlers, Industry preferred.
