業務内容

Accounting Manager is an essential part of a financial management team, overseeing organizational systems for gathering data, analyzing information, confirming the accuracy of their staff’s reports and provide recommendations for improving accounting methods. An important part of an Accounting Manager’s role is understanding all types of financial operations at a company and how they work together including debts, assets, cash forecasting, payroll, capital assets and revenue analysis. This role guides the implementation of new financial initiatives and generates reports to share progress with their team. Accounting Manager can make suggestions on overall company strategies to meet goals about their financial transactions.Support Head of Finance in the areas, and manage and oversee the daily operations of the accounting section including (but not limited to) the following:
Main responsibilities:

• Accounting: Monthly / Quarterly / Annual Closing process,
• U.S. Reporting
• Cash Flow Management, cash forecasting, treasury,
• Revenue and expenditure variance analysis,
• Accounts payable/ receivable, Vendor Invoice Payment Process
• Fixed Assets activity, capital assets reconciliations,
• Tax
• Inventory Reserve Management
• Monitor and analyze accounting data and produce financial report or statements,
• Establish and enforce proper accounting methods, policies and principles,
• Improve systems and procedures and initiate corrective actions,
• Compliance: Internal Control, and Code of Ethics
• Bank Relations: E-Banking
• People Management: two accounting staff members, assign projects and direct staff to ensure compliance and accuracy,
• Meet financial accounting objectives,
• Establish and maintain fiscal files and records to document transactions

応募条件

Minimum requirements:

• 10 years of Accounting experience is required.
• TOEIC score higher than 900, or equivalent.
• Must be an Excel expert,
• Working experience in small foreign-capitaled firms is a must.
• People management experience is necessary.
• Experience in Medical Device industry would be an advantage
• Proficiency in SAP.
• Strong Business Acumen.

Preferred qualifications:

• Japan/US CPA is a plus.
• Nissho Book Keeping Grade 1 is an asset.
• Accounting Manager skills include
  • Great interpersonal and verbal communication skills
  • Sound knowledge of accounting principles, standards and regulations
  • Experience in working with accounting software and databases
  • Superior data management and data analysis skills
  • Strong time management and organizational skills
  • Detail-oriented with a passion for accuracy
