業務内容
Main responsibilities:
  • Development and execution of sales strategies to achieve budget at standard metrics for assigned accounts
  • Distributors management : to align with market direction and develops collaborative projects, guide and manage distributors to foster business growth
  • Develop new business opportunities keeping up with latest industry trends, competitors & customers intelligence to set up the strategy and execute
  • Ensure full and consistent use of the BU LAB CRM tool as well as IBP forecast system.
  • Ensure proper account receivable management (DSO)
  • Maintains close communication with direct report line also across global sales/marketing/technical teams
  • Handle negotiations at various level, maintains strong multilevel relationships and use these relationships to identify and develop new sales opportunities
応募条件
Minimum requirements:
  • University degree in Chemistry or Chemical related field
  • More than 10 years of professional sales experience in chemical industry, Lubricant related industry is highly preferred.
  • Proven experience in B2B sales in the chemical industry with strong understanding of chemical products and their applications
  • Interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain long-term relationships with customers and distributor management skills
  • Highly self-motivated with a drive to meet and exceed sales targets
  • Experience working in a cross-functional environment, ensuring smooth communication across departments
