- 業務内容

Main responsibilities:
- Development and execution of sales strategies to achieve budget at standard metrics for assigned accounts
- Distributors management : to align with market direction and develops collaborative projects, guide and manage distributors to foster business growth
- Develop new business opportunities keeping up with latest industry trends, competitors & customers intelligence to set up the strategy and execute
- Ensure full and consistent use of the BU LAB CRM tool as well as IBP forecast system.
- Ensure proper account receivable management (DSO)
- Maintains close communication with direct report line also across global sales/marketing/technical teams
- Handle negotiations at various level, maintains strong multilevel relationships and use these relationships to identify and develop new sales opportunities

Minimum requirements:
- University degree in Chemistry or Chemical related field
- More than 10 years of professional sales experience in chemical industry, Lubricant related industry is highly preferred.
- Proven experience in B2B sales in the chemical industry with strong understanding of chemical products and their applications
- Interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain long-term relationships with customers and distributor management skills
- Highly self-motivated with a drive to meet and exceed sales targets
- Experience working in a cross-functional environment, ensuring smooth communication across departments
