主に自動車や自動二輪車用のブレーキシステムを取り扱っており、国内大手自動車メーカーと広範な取引を行っています。
欧州やアメリカの自動車メーカー向けにもブレーキ部品やシステムを提供し、その製品は性能やデザインで高い評価を受けています。
また、アフターマーケット向けの部品やレース用のブレーキシステムも展開しており、幅広いニーズに応えています。

業務内容

Main responsibilities:

• Main reference for customers technical issues
• Promote technical benefits of the company's brake disc
• Problem solving proposal
• Control testing in R&D centers and outsourced facilities
• R&D cost control
• Design review (internal/external)
• Technical approval (Drawing release)
• Support customer plant audits  
• Quality follow up after awarded until SOP
• Report to Disc GBU Sales & Engineering Manager (Japan)
• Sales activity support
• Quality activity support

応募条件

Minimum requirements:

• Experience in automotive components design and development 5 years 
• Knowledge of main technical aspects
• English and Japanese language skills (TOEIC 650-)
• Experience in working directly with European or USA companies
• Self-motivated, willing to solve technical problems in a global setting

Preferred qualifications:

• Nice to have knowledge of brake systems
