業務内容

At the contact center, which provides technical support and troubleshooting for the services provided by our company, you will be in charge of the management of partner employees, maintenance work such as operation improvement / efficiency.
Main responsbilities:

• Management of partner employees
• Problem solving in collaboration with our own engineering department
• Preparation of internal and external reporting materials
• Operational efficiency / operational improvement
• Proposal and introduction of new operation services, etc.

応募条件

Minimum requirements:

• 5+ years of practical experience as a network engineer or server engineer
• PL/PM experience in IT solutions
• Ability to put the customer's business continuity first
• Ability to make decisions altruistically and take action
• Have the mindset to make the organization better as a member of the team and can run independently and is self-propelled

Preferred qualifications:

• Business experience in English
• Experience in operation of help desk and technical support
• Experience in operating domestic and overseas telecommunications carrier services
• Construction and operation of cloud environments (AWS, etc.)
