- Deliver result for sales and profitability for production in Japan by supplying our products to domestic food producers and/or foodservice.
- Gain and maintain key customers or Traders in Japan by proposing our customized product line and facilitating the execution of strategic initiatives.
- Clear communication and coordination with the internal stake holders in Japan (eg : R&D, Marketing, Regulatory compliance) and with the production plant for smooth product win and smooth product supply.
- Provide leadership and direction to ensure focus on our product lines. Provides feedback and improvement plans to ensure effectiveness.
- Establish sales plans/priorities, objectives and strategies that deliver our objectives within defined goals.
